Shipping

 

Pups and Friends offers free shipping within Switzerland. Unless otherwise noted, items are available from stock and ready to ship within 2-4 business days. Delivery is via Swiss Post Priority. For delivery outside of Switzerland contact us and we will help you! During sale and holiday seasons the delivery may take a few days extra. Pups and Friends is responsible for the freight risk, i.e. the risk that the product will be damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You bear the risk for the package if you use your right of withdrawal and make a return of one or several goods.

When we have packed the goods, you will receive a delivery confirmation via e-mail from us, where you will receive information about your package tracking ID, which gives you the opportunity to track the goods. If your package is damaged in any way when you receive it, it is important that you document the damages in accordance with the instructions set out in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Please note that when the parcel is handed over to our shipping partner we do not have any influence over estimated delivery.

 

Returns

If you wish to return an item you have to return it within 14 days after you received your order. The product you wish to return, must be in its original condition, original package and have all tags on. Returns must be made in accordance to Pups and Friends’ General Terms of Conditions and Sale. We can not offer an exchange, you will have to return your product and then make a new order.

Refund
